Reply, Modify and Close Your Ticket In The Helpcenter

This help article will only be useful to registered portal users as they will be able to view, edit and close their tickets through the help center
we strongly recommend that you sign up for faster reponse from support and instant ticket modification.
1) Viewing your tickets
after signing in to your helpcenter account you can navigate to the Home button to view a list of your tickets
as in the screenshot below

The buttons highlighted in the red box allows you to change view of the tickets
Open : you can switch this view to show closed or all tickets opened through this account.
All Channel : you can change this view to show tickets opened through Web, Email or all .
After clicking on the ticket
you can use the two buttons highlighted in the red box to add a reply or include a comment in the ticket.
3) Edit Ticket Details
in the side panel to the right you can view and edit the ticket details.
through the Edit button highlighted in the red square as shown in the screenshot below.

you will only be able to edit the Category of the ticket, if you need to make adjustment to the subject or description just add a reply or a comment.
4) Closing a Ticket
if you feel that your issue has been resolved you can close the ticket by pressing the below button the right side panel.
