Submitting Tickets Through The Help Center
Wether your are a registered portal user or unregistered you can alawys submit your inquiries through help center portal
We strongly recommend that you sign up for our help center as it will be much easier to submit, follow up and edit tickets through our help center instantly.
for unregistered users all communication between our support team and the ticket owner will be done through email so it is vital you use an active and correct email for ticket submission

Creating a new ticket through the help center
Navigate to our support website https://support.eetglobal.net/portal
press the add icon in the right corner next to the Home tab highlighted by the grey box and then click submit a ticket.
you will be auto directed to the below form and you can fill your information in the ticket form
* Indicates a Mandatory Field
Ticket Fields :
* Contact Name
Ticket Owner Name
* Category
General Inquiry : this is the default if your inquiry doesnt fall in to the other categories
Other (Bookout, Refund, Complain, Confirmation Number)
* E-mail
E-mail that will be used for future communimcations
registered users email will be filled automatically
* Subject
your ticket brief description
Description
your inquiry
