Submitting Tickets Through E-mail

Wether your are a registered portal user or unregistered you can alawys submit your inquiries through our customer care email

Please direct all your inquiries to the below email and mention a brief description about the ticket in the subject field


Note:
- registered users will be able to see their tickets in the help center even if sent by email as long as it is the same email used for the sign up.
- unregistered users will not be able to see their tickets in help center portal.


1) Sending Ticket Through Email


upon receiving your email inquiry we will send a ticket id to associate the email with it and you will be able to add comments, reply or adjust your inquiry through replying to the email with the ticket number as shown below

Recieving the ticket number email as shown in the screenshot below



you can also click the View ticket button to instantly view the ticket in the help center if you are a registered user.


2) Replying to ticket


you can add comment, reply or modify your ticket through email by sending an email to our customer care with the ticket number in the subject as below 

Subject : RE [##Ticket ID##]
and insert your comment, modification or reply in the email body.

3) Closing a ticket


when your issue is resolved you will recieve an email notification for the closing of your ticket,
as shown in the screenshot below


if you feel that the issue has not been resolved you can reopen the ticket by simply replying to the email.
